About me

The very specific demands on R&D professionals are familiar to me. Being a process engineer by training I have spent most of my 16 years of professional experience in Research & Development. I know your reoccurring themes, problems and daily challenges from my own experience as programme manager at Unilever PLC in England, Germany and The Netherlands. I speak your language.

Nobody can guarantee the effectiveness of coaching, however, my experience in R&D makes it more likely to achieve sustainable change with my clients.

Through a 12 months programme I have been certified as a coach with a Diploma from the Oxford Cambridge RSA Examination Board.

Training in the application of key psychometric tools -which are essential in today's coaching- has been part of my extensive studies. These tools include the Myers Briggs Type Indicator^®, FIRO-B^®, Emotional Competency Inventory^® and Inventory of Leadership Styles^®.

Due to my international work experience I am offering you coaching & workshops in Great Britain, German-speaking countries and The Netherlands, each in the respective language.
